Drew Estate Undercrown cigars were made to compensate for the Liga Privida #9 cigars tremendously high demand and short supplies. Created by the rollers of the Drew Estate factory, premium handmade Undercrown cigars use tobaccos like the ones found in the Liga Privada #9 but more readily available. While the Liga Privada #9 is full flavored treat, the Undercrown brings the strength down a couple of notches while remaining as full flavored and highly complex is its famous cousin. The original Undercown blend features a dark and very oily San Andres maduro wrapper, a Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and aged fillers from Brazil and Nicaragua. Enormous popularity led to two more exquisite blends, one with a honey colored Ecuador Connecticut Shade wrapper, and the other, a rich and robust Sun Grown variety. All three blends have a medium bodied profile and boast the pristine construction and uniquely delicious flavors that make the entire Drew Estate Liga line some of the most after premium cigars on the market today.
